The Nulex Construction team recently turned dirt on a brand new construction project “Elements of Toronto”, an over 55s development. This is a multi year contract for Nulex to build 59 homes over six (6) stages. Alongside these homes, Nulex will also be constructing a community center and tennis complex including a new clubhouse.

Managing Director, Alex Mitchell, says “Elements of Toronto is a development by the Toronto Workers Club. We have a long standing relationship with the club and have completed multiple projects over the years.  We are thrilled to continue our relationship.”

The homes have been designed by local architecture firm DWP Architects with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage. There are also some configurations that include a study and there are six (6) bespoke designs in the complex.

The layout for the development has been designed for social connectivity with a safe, vibrant township atmosphere. The residential dwellings have been designed with natural ventilation and beautiful sun-drenched terraces for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

All homes will feature timber floors throughout the living areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. High quality stone is being used for bathroom and kitchen benchtops and built in appliances installed in the cleverly designed kitchens. The living areas will feature high ceilings to provide natural light.

Look out for project updates  which we will bring you as each stage progresses.
