Toronto Workers Club Bathroom Refurbishment

 In Refurbishment, Renovations

Nulex Construction has a long history with the Toronto Workers Club, having completed many projects over the years. So, we were pleased to be on board for the latest revamp of the popular Lake Macquarie venue.

We were given the task of updating the ladies’ bathroom and upgrading the facilities to include a baby change station under a design and construct contract. With the help of local architects Lewis & Zwart, we took a practical approach to updating the amenity considering the existing structural elements and layout.

With this in mind Troy suggested we complete the upgrade within the same floor area with only a small extension of the space.

The existing bathroom was sectioned off to make room for the baby change station. While compact, we gave this room its own individual space to include a microwave, chair, change table and basin. We also introduced hands-free technology through the installation of an automatic sensor sliding door.

Adjoining the baby change room, the revamped ladies’ bathroom features the modern touches of timber grain floor tiles, stone bench tops and mirrors backed with LED lighting. Updated technology was also included in this room with sensory taps featuring built-in hand dryers.

A tile feature wall and vibrant decorative plants provided the finishing touches to tie the new bathroom together.

We’re pleased to have helped the Toronto Workers Club with this project and delivered a first-class end result. To enquire about your own project, contact Nulex Construction today!
