We recently completed a luxury home renovation and extension in Croudace Bay that we’ve been waiting to show off! We’ve provided a few photos as a teaser, but you can see the full case study in an upcoming edition of Hunter Lifestyle magazine.
The project was a major refurbishment, extension and a façade upgrade, resulting in a beautifully innovative design from Lewis + Zwart Architecture.
This is a great example of a project where the clients were clear on their aim – to have an engaging and well-presented house, that was aligned to their lifestyle – and the project team delivered a house that is a true reflection of its owners.
This house was even a finalist in the Newcastle Architecture Awards 2016, in the category of Residential Architecture – Alterations & Additions
