Umina Beach Public School about to undergo a refurbishment

Nulex Construction were recently awarded the NSW Department of Education contract to undertake a redesign and refurbishment of a four-classroom building at Umina Beach Public School.

The project includes the modernisation of the existing building to include an open-space classroom design. The new layout will include an enclosed wet/dry area for additional classroom space and, in particular, an updated art facilities including a 3.6m art bench and internal sink.

All doors and windows will be replaced and two space-efficient storage rooms will be created at each end of the building. New entryways will also been installed for the individual learning rooms.
