Stockton integrated home renovation solution
The subject residence is a 2-storey, render and weatherboard 3-bedroom house with a tiled roof. An existing detached double garage is located to the east of the house.
Our project includes a full renovation of the first floor of the existing house, as well as a new deck, which will have views over Stockton beach.
The house will transform one of the bedrooms into an ensuite and walk-in robe for the main bedroom. A new study nook, suitable for one person, will also be created for the occupants.
The new deck will form two roles, as it will create a new sheltered outdoor living area on the ground floor, accessible from the living room via new glazed doors.
Nulex Construction will also demolish the existing double garage and replace it with a wide single garage with off-street parking for an additional vehicle in front.
Attached to the new garage will be a 1-bedroom granny flat, being project managed by Nulex subsidiary business Backyards Grannys.
This project is another example of a high quality Nulex Construction design and construction contract ,which has been completed in consultation with Vault Design + Consulting.
